This exciting £1 million investment is set to become one of Paisley's premier family attractions, featuring an innovative Active Arena, soft play areas, sensory spaces, toddler zones, party facilities and family-friendly amenities. As an Adventure Zone Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the action, helping visitors enjoy a safe, fun and inclusive experience every time they visit.

Working alongside a passionate team, you'll play an important role in creating memorable moments, encouraging participation and ensuring every child and family receives a warm welcome. Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the Adventure Zone, ensuring activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Help deliver engaging play opportunities and activities that encourage fun, participation and development.  
• Maintain equipment and play areas to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness and accessibility.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond professionally to enquiries and feedback.
• Support children, families and groups using the facility, creating positive and enjoyable experiences.
• Complete safety checks and maintain records in line with procedures.
• Promote health, safety, safeguarding and child protection practices at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive and welcoming environment.

We're looking for someone who loves working with people and is passionate about helping children and families have fun in a safe and welcoming environment.

You will ideally have:

• A positive, enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• The ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• A strong commitment to safety, wellbeing and safeguarding.  
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team while using your own initiative when required.
• Experience working with children, customers or within a leisure environment would be advantageous, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

You may be required to work at any locations across OneRen in accordance with the needs of the business.
