The Role

We are looking for proactive and reliable individuals to join our team as Operations Assistant. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will support the day-to-day running of our facilities, helping to ensure they are safe, clean, and welcoming for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all areas
• Set up, take down, and store equipment for activities and events
• Carry out routine checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Work as part of a team to implement emergency action plans in accordance with Safety Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assist in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all facility users
• Ensuring the safety and integrity of buildings
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to enquiries and supporting customer needs
• Support colleagues across different areas as required

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in a leisure or operational environment is desirable but not essential

You may be required to work at any locations across OneRen in accordance with the needs of the business.
