The Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Executive to join our Business Development Team and help tell the stories that make OneRen unique.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and data-driven marketing professional to play a key role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns across a diverse range of services and programmes. Reporting to the Marketing and Campaigns Manager, you will support the day-to-day delivery of OneRen's marketing activities, helping to strengthen our brand, engage audiences and promote our services across Renfrewshire and beyond.

You will develop engaging content, support integrated marketing campaigns, manage digital communications and use performance insights to continuously improve results. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help showcase the positive impact OneRen has within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of OneRen's marketing strategy, campaigns and seasonal programmes.
• Create engaging content for digital, social media, web, email and print channels.
• Capture and produce photography, video and written content that promotes OneRen's services and achievements.
• Assist with the development and delivery of paid marketing campaigns.
• Create e-newsletters, social media content and targeted marketing communications.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights to inform future activity.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience trend monitoring.
• Ensure consistent branding and tone of voice across all communications.
• Build relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and community partners to identify and share compelling stories.
• Support influencer and user-generated content opportunities to increase audience engagement.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities to reach new and existing audiences.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital communications and storytelling.

You will have:

• An SVQ Level 4, HND in Marketing (or a related field), or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating and managing content across social media platforms.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with content management systems and digital marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, social media algorithms and audience engagement techniques.
• Experience analysing marketing performance data and producing reports.
• A creative mindset combined with strong organisational and analytical skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders.

Desirable experience includes Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative tools, video editing software and experience within the culture, leisure or sport sectors.
