The Role

We're looking for an ambitious and creative Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join our Business Development team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, increase participation and generate income across OneRen's diverse portfolio of services, activities and events.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will play a key leadership role in shaping campaign strategies, developing new commercial opportunities and ensuring our marketing activity supports organisational growth and ambitious business targets. You will also lead and support a small marketing team, helping to develop talent and deliver exceptional results. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns that attract, retain and grow customer engagement.
• Develop innovative campaigns that increase participation, attendance, membership growth and income generation.
• Contribute to commercial sales and marketing strategies, helping to shape products, services and messaging that support organisational objectives.
• Identify new audience opportunities and develop campaigns that broaden and diversify customer reach.
• Deliver advertising, sponsorship and promotional initiatives aligned with wider business development objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and use customer insights to maximise return on investment.
• Collaborate with colleagues across OneRen to develop effective customer journeys and integrated marketing activity.
• Manage marketing events, exhibitions, networking opportunities and promotional activities that raise OneRen's profile.
• Provide leadership and support to Marketing and Digital Marketing Executives, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement across marketing and communications activity. 

About You

You are a commercially minded marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into impactful campaigns.

You will bring:

• An SVQ Level 4, HND or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns against agreed targets.
• Experience working in a commercially focused marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, budgeting and ROI measurement.
• Experience using marketing and creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• The ability to identify opportunities, think strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative approach with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience within the culture, sport or leisure sectors, people management experience, Canva proficiency and product development experience would be advantageous.

You may be required to work at any locations across OneRen in accordance with the needs of the business.
