- Lead crisis communications planning and response, helping to protect and strengthen OneRen’s reputation.
- Develop targeted PR initiatives that increase awareness of OneRen’s charitable impact, encourage community support, and support income generation objectives.
- Analyse communication performance and provide insight-led recommendations to senior leaders.
- Manage and support the Marketing Executive, helping to develop skills, knowledge, and performance.
About You
You will be a creative and strategic communications professional with a passion for storytelling and reputation management. You will have a proven track record of delivering successful communications and PR campaigns and be confident working with senior stakeholders, media partners, and teams across an organisation.
We are looking for someone who has:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Experience delivering internal communications and managing organisational messaging.
- Proven ability to manage crisis communications and respond effectively under pressure.
- Strong organisational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of the charity sector, fundraising communications, the Scottish media landscape, or experience within arts, culture, leisure, or public sector organisations would be advantageous.
