OneRen has become an accredited Living Wage employer, strengthening its commitment to supporting its employees and communities across Renfrewshire. As part of this commitment, everyone working at OneRen will receive a minimum hourly wage of £13.45 - above the current UK Government minimum wage for over-21s. The accreditation reflects OneRen’s commitment to fair pay and ensuring employees receive a wage that better reflects the real cost of living, supporting its wider mission to improve the health and wellbeing of people across Renfrewshire.
